Larry was a great guy. I was lucky enough to be roommates with him in Lake Charles, Louisiana after I graduated from UT Austin and wanted to take some time off before pursuing a career. We had a blast for a couple of years until reality set in and life took over. We both went our own way but always remained best friends. I will always miss him!

Larry was always the most kind..one memory I hold is when a few of us were diving from the pool's edge at Edge Falls & he hit a rock that ended the adventure and five of us piled into Dave McWhorter's Karman Ghia to blaze back to S.A. in a thrashing rainstorm for his stitches at NE Baptist Hospital. Larry apologized all the way...we gave him shotgun seat - our injured brother-in-arms and all...If only Edge Falls would re-open for our 60th reunion in 2033!
